⌛ Shipping Timeline:
Orders are processed and packed within 3-5 business days and you will receive a notification once the items are shipped.
Stickers, prints, some keychains, and sticky notes are shipped as untracked letter and flat mail to keep cost low. This will result in slower shipping timeline (approx. 3-8 business days). If you'd like to upgrade your items to be sent as a package, thus arriving faster, having tracking, and giving you protection against lost or damaged package, please purchase the shipping upgrade here.Bulky keychains, notebooks, handmade items, and washi tapes are shipped tracked as packages (approx. 3-5 business days). If you would like further expedited shipping, please contact me for a quote.

📦 International Shipping:
NEW EU/NORTHERN IRELAND CHANGES:
Due to the new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) now in effect, I am currently unable to ship to any European Union (EU) countries or Northern Ireland. This does not apply to any orders already placed, but new orders cannot be placed. I am working to understand these new rules and will post any updates when I have them. Thank you for your understanding!
CANADA POST STRIKE:
As I ship all Canadian orders via Canada Post, any Canadian orders are currently unable to be shipped until the Canada Post strike ends. Orders placed will be held until the strike ends. If you've placed an order already and would like it shipped via another courier (UPS or FedEx), please reach out to me for a quote.
As international regulations and VAT fees are ever changing and too complex for me to handle as a one-person shop, I will not be responsible for VAT / tax that may incur upon arrival of your order. This means that when you checkout, you will not be charged VAT / tax, however you will owe VAT / tax when the item arrives in your country, charged either by customs or the end courier.
While my shipping service is available in more than 180 countries, please check here to see if your country is on the list to ensure successful delivery.
Many of my items are also available on Etsy. These items will be more expensive and possibly in lower quantities than available here, but it is left up as an option if you'd want to pre-pay VAT / tax, rather than owing it on arrival.
I do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All products are checked carefully before dispatch. I do NOT replace or refund lost UNTRACKED orders. If you have any problems or questions about your order, contact me immediately and I'll do my best to resolve any issues!
If your order is undeliverable and returned due to providing an incorrect address, you'll need to pay the shipping fee again if you'd like to re-deliver to a new address. Please double check that your name, mailing address, and email are correct during checkout. Once a package is out of my hands, I cannot change delivery options or destination.
